How can I restore my apple music playlists after changing the country of my Apple ID?

After changing the country in Apple ID and adding back Apple music subscription I lost apple music play lists. While play lists were still shown in Itunes, sharing them and attempt to open on the iphone wasn't successful.

Please, advise if that could be resolved..

Apple music playlists GONE as I changed country/region Hi Yesterday I changed region on my apple id to take part of my family’s apple music account, after my account sub stopped and for some reason wouldnt accept my card information. I then saw all my playlists I have been forming for the last 8 months, was now GONE. Not possible unfortunately, changing regions is like starting over.
