I want to change my region and method of payment. But I cannot because I have an apple ID balance that I cannot use. To be able to do this, my balance needs to be zero. What to do?

I have moved to a new country and I now use another payment method. For purchases in the App Store, i must change region or country to do so. However, I still have a small apple ID balance of $ 0.20 remaining on my account. And there is no product or service that i can buy with such a small amount. how can i clear out this sum and bring my balance to zero?
