I have added funds in apple ID but still it is showing zero balance

I am facing some issues in adding cards in payment method, so I have added funds in my apple ID, its many days and it is still showing zero balance and asking for payment method

iPhone 11 Pro, iOS 15

Sign in to your Apple ID account page and edit your Apple ID details.

https://appleid.apple.com

On the Sidebar click Payment methods -> then tap Payments Methods and tap Manage payment method.
