Cannot use apps after iOS 15.4.1 update

Same here... half of the apps that were installed on my phone are unusable after the 15.4.1 update. I tried force restarting and removing/reinstalling the apps, none of these suggestions worked...

I would restart my phone if I could. Post update, I cannot restart it. It is just on. I can't use the phone. I can't text. I can't use my apps.

I can't even check for ios updates. It's a brick.

Please try restarting your iPhone.

Restarting the phone doesn't resolve the issue for me. What other suggestions do you have? Half of my apps are now unusable after this update.
