I lost my iPhone 12 pro max but I can’t go to find my iPhone because it’s turned off

hello dear customer service. I lost my iPhone 12 pro max and I asked to apple campany to where is location my iPhone and I put my new phone number to get virifaction code and they send me on website on my number. and when I get on my apple account or iCloud account and I put my password immediately they hacked my account and turned off my lost iphone. So I can’t see my iPhone on lost mode now. Please help
