The pin for my business is wrong and I am unable to move it so far

I have tried and will continue to try to move the apple pin. In the meantime, I hope someone can tell me the steps to correct this issue?

I have logged into the business account, clicked and held the pin, and moved it but I think I am just moving my dropped pin not the pin for the actual business location.

The address of 1300 W Sunset Rd is correct. Incredibly, the vast majority of our new clients are unable to locate our facility because the pin leads them to the other side of the mall. We are on the side closer to cycle gear and Dillards. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!
