My app tracking has been grayed out for months and I’m of age and my phone isn’t Company owned it’s my personal phone, I’ve tried waiting nothing works

Why the Error?:
Screen Time Restrictions:
This a company-owned device. So, the company has placed restrictions on it. Talk to your supervisor, requesting assistance with this. You are not be able to change this on your own, given it is owned by the company.
Scroll Down: As it Reads: "This setting cannot be changed because your Apple ID does not meet the minimum age requirements."
