How do I downgrade my storage plan as have been phone with larger memory

I want to downgrade my iCloud storage as don’t use it and paying for 2 lots with my daughters phone as well

iPhone 11, iOS 15

Alternatively, you could create a family sharing group for the two of you and keep your larger iCloud storage plan for yourself and your daughter (cancelling her payments), rather than have two iCloud plans. This will allow you both to utilise the same space in that iCloud+ plan. See What is Family Sharing?
