Control Center not working in Watch OS

The Control Center for my Apple Watch SE is not working this morning. I swipe up on the main screen and nothing happens. I can still swipe side to side on the main screen and up and down when I'm reading email and such. With my iPhone, I would do a restart, but I do not know how to do that on my Apple Watch. How did this happen? How can I fix this? Any ideas/recommendations? Thank you!
