Hello! Safari is automatically updated when you update the iOS version on your iPhone. To check if your iPhone is on the latest version of iOS:

Settings -> General -> Software update

If there is no update available, your iPhone is up to date.

If you have the latest version of iOS 15 (15.4) you have the most up-to-date version of Safari.

Safari comes bundled with iOS installation.

If you have iOS 15.4 installed then you also have the latest Safari version.
