iPad was disabled by a young child.

iPad was disabled by a young child. We don’t have a backup of the iPad and don’t want to delete everything. We know the correct passcode just need the screen to enter it. Is that possible?

No sorry. Once disabled the device has to wiped to get back in. This is why backups before something bad happens are critical.
