HOW DO I GET RID OF COLOURED LINE ON MY MAC BOOK PRO SCREEN?

Usually vertical lines indicate a hardware failure with the built-in display. You can confirm by connecting an external display and enabling mirroring. If the line only appears on the built-in display, then the built-in display is bad and needs to be replaced. Have Apple or an Apple Authorized Service Provider to examine the laptop and provide a repair estimate.
