On my iPhone I have saved passwords but when I open they are locked and I want to see what they are??

In my locked passwords When I open still have …… not the passwords this happened after downloading 15.4

What you are seeing is the passwords are obscured by dots. Tapping on those dots will review the password itself, this will also allow you to copy the password if desired. Just be sure that no one can see your screen when you tap the dots (make sure no one is looking over your shoulder).
