The Menu Bar is broke
It will pop-up name of app selected. Clicking on open apps will switch between them but clicking on an unopened icon will do nothing.
I seem to be able to open any app from a finder window.
Last couple of days I have been experiencing some finder freezes and crashes. I have restarted several times, but have not done a complete shutdown
yet

I also did not mention that I have two monitors
Ah yes EDT here and 3rd Expresso required.
Good the full shutdown and restart fixed the issue
