Hi, thank you for your reply, yes the account does exist. I have it on my phone. But I can't add it to the laptop because is not a Google mail or yahoo etc. Do you know where I can go and log in?
What happens when you try?
The account has to exist before you can add it to any email client. Does the account exist? Can you access the account using your browser?
