Faintly buzzing iPhone 11

I have just noticed that my iPhone 11 is buzzing very faintly and a potuling buzz paws buzz Paul’s buzz halls it’s about to drive me nuts does anybody know what is causing this thank you

Hmm, have you tried a restart? Also see this:

If you hear no sound or distorted sound from your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch speaker
