Connecting Old Samsung Monitor to 2021 MacBook Pro

I have an old Samsung SyncMaster B2230 monitor that I've used a VGA cable to connect to my 2013 Macbook. I now have a new 2021 MacBook Pro. Is it possible to connect that monitor to this new MacBook Pro? I'm stumped.

Sure !! I'd be delighted to help you, jv241. Whooo....VGA..... I haven't seen that in a long time..... yes, it's quite possible. your new MacBook Pro uses USB-C (thunderbolt 3) so you'd need a cable/adapter that supports that. This (see link) should do okay:
