Screen started changing colours after cleaning it

I used water screen cleaner, after spraying the screen and the joint, I used dry tissue to clean it up in a few minutes , the screen started changing colors and the images looks like ghost.. please what do I do

FYI, you should never spray liquid onto any electronic device. Instead lightly spray the liquid onto a cloth making sure it is not dripping wet and wipe the cloth on the item you are trying to clean. Liquids have the uncanny ability to find the smallest gap to seep inside and cause problems.
