Apple Watch Zoom or Fonts

How am i able to do anything on my watch. It has zoomed in so large that i cannot enter a password, slide it to restart, etc.

in my Watch settings via my phone:

i have disabled zoom

i have reduced font size

I am super frustrated!

there are times when my watch zooms out and I have to reboot it to get it back to normal font. Is something wrong with the watch itself or an option to stop this from happening? Why does my watch zoom out and unless I reboot it won't go back to standard font? Any suggestion?

Watch Font Sometimes when I put my watch on, the font is so large that I cannot even touch the passcode to activate the watch. How can I get the font on my watch to stop changing on its own?
