Can’t access control center. Watch won’t swipe up. What do I do?

My Apple Watch SE won’t swipe up to access the control center. How do I fix this?

Do a reboot.

Press Digital Crown and the Side Button together until you see the  logo.

Try: Tap and hold on at the bottom of the screen for a second or two before you swipe up.
