MacBook Air keyboard

Hi,

The keyboard on my 2019 MacBook has suddenly stopped working. The backlight stopped a few months ago but I could live with that however, the entire keyboard has now stopped working. I thought it might need to be shut down and restarted so I did that... except now I can’t log back in because well.. the keyboard doesn’t work.

Trackpad is working fine though.

Laptop has never been dropped, had anything spilled on it and is stored in a silicone case.

How do I fix this? Thank you
