Apple music not work in different country

My friend purchased Apple music with family sharing. I’m a part of that family. When I was in India my apple music going well. Now I live in Canada and I changed my apple id region from India to canada.

I’m still a part of that family sharing but my apple music is not working. They ask me to purchase new subscription why?
