I want to stop my photos syncing to my kids iPads, I have switched off all the iCloud photo switches I can find and they’re still on there. How can I fix this issue?

HI Rach6661,

Thanks for using Apple Support Communities. As we understand it, your photos are automatically uploading to your children's iPad. Are you using the same Apple ID on each device? If so, we'd recommend that each person have their own Apple ID. You can still share purchases by setting up Family Sharing. See: What is Family Sharing?

Let's also make sure that you aren't sharing albums and check that iCloud Photos aren't enabled.

  1. Go to Settings > [your name].
  2. Tap iCloud.
  3. Tap Photos, then check for iCloud Photos.

Set up and use iCloud Photos

Kind regards.
