Payment method

My iPhone will not allow me to add a payment method and download apps because it’s saying “your account is disabled in iTunes and App Store” but I don’t know how to fix it so I can download apps and add my debit card to my payment method

You can't fix it yourself. Click here and contact Apple Support at a time they're open; if the link doesn't have an option for your country, use this form.
