When you're buying a MacBook Pro it lists at the bottom of the specs
What does Accessory Kit mean? There used to be a section for What's In the Box, but I'm not seeing that any more.
What exactly is an accessory kit and what does it include?

I don’t actually know for sure, but I assume it’s the What’s In the Box that Phil pointed out.
Just to add What’s In the Box simply says charger and USBC-MagSafe cable. It doesn’t say what the wattage is.
The wattage can be found in the Tech Specs section for the Mac under the, surprisingly enough, "In the Box" section:
