Hi,

With iOS 15, finding your iPhone though it’s powered off is possible, if your iPhone is in the following list:

iPhone 11
iPhone 11 Pro / iPhone 11 Pro Max
iPhone 12 / iPhone 12 Mini
iPhone 12 Pro / iPhone 12 Pro Max
iPhone 13 / iPhone 13 Mini
iPhone 13 Pro / iPhone 13 Pro Max

To locate your iPhone, and take actions if you’re unable to find it, please follow instructions on this article: If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch is lost or stolen - Apple Support
