REPLACEMENT PHONES.
When you order a replacement phone because your phone is getting repaired under warranty - does this mean you keep the replacement phone permanently and Apple keeps the repaired product?

Yes. If you have a repair under warranty then Apple may give you a replacement iPhone that you keep. For example, on an iPhone 13 Pro Max, if the back glass is broken, then Apple will just replace the iPhone.
