i have a IMac question

i have a Mac Pro (Late 2013) and it won't update photoshop as it needs updating to OS-10.14 minimum but won't update past 10.11.6

iMac 27″, OS X 10.11

See Install macOS 10.14 Mojave on Mac Pro (Mid 2010) and Mac Pro (Mid 2012) - Apple Support. If your iMac doesn’t have a supported graphics card, it can’t run Mojave.

full versions do not come as updates, they are something you need to get yourself from app store
