IPhone 13 Mini - Control Center

Can I move the activation of the Control Center back to an upward swipe from the bottom please? I dont like the new accessibility from the top right hand corner at all.

Another option is to configure the virtual button of AssistiveTouch to open Control Center with a Single-Tap:
