Hi, my cousin purchased (on line) second hand Iphone 6 and I am trying to set up HOWEVER Iget the message that "original owner needs to remove device from their account".
I obviously can't get passed the phone being locked as Apple ID and password need to be entered.
To make matters worse my elderly cousin does not now have details of seller (urgh).
Is there any way around this or a Apple support phone No that can help.

As noted, without the help of the person who set up the activation lock, this phone is useless to you. All you can do is recycle it at an Apple store.

And remover it from his/her account.
So contact the original owner.
