Numbers keep coming and going on new iPhone (13 Pro Max)

My contacts keep disappearing and their numbers show instead of their name. I have tried toggling off contacts on iCloud but it seems to help and then it happens again. really want to solve this as its really annoying. How can I make the names of my contacts stay for good!?

Is your iCloud storage space full? Check Settings > [your Apple ID] > iCloud > Manage Storage
Is your iPhone storage full? Check Settings > General > iPhone Storage and be certain your free space is never less than 10% of your total storage.

Thanks for your response but I have 200gb of iCloud space and have only used 4gb. Same goes with my phone storage I have only used a small amount of space 😞

Check Settings > Contacts > Accounts and be certain exactly one account (iCloud) is the only account shown that has any Contacts capability enabled.
