Software-update in Monterey not working

hi,

after updating to MacOS Monterey, the software-update does not work.

this is the case in System-preferences, as well as in Console.

Sometime a reinstall can solve problems with updates. It you have any programs installed , such as antivirus software disk cleaning software or uninstallers, please uninstall them. They do more harm than good. If the programs don't come with an uninstaller look up how to uninstall. Mac systems have built in security. You could download and run Etrecheck and post the system report to here. It can show what the problem is.https://etrecheck.com/

You have the latest version of Monterey which is 12.2.1 But as far as updating. It should have a spinning wheel ,then stop and say No Updates Available. There is a Beta update out, but only for developers 12.3 Have you tried running in safe mode to see if update works as it should? On intel Mac you startup with shift key down. On M1 Macs startup to the options and pick it.
