Is there a way so that photos hidden in the photo library will be unhidden in a album

The only way you can do this is using a smart album.

Put the images in a normal album (eg called my_hidden - or anything else you like)

Create a smart album with the conditions:

Photo is hidden

Album is my_hidden

You can do the same using keywords instead of a normal album.
