I recently dragged almost 500 photos from my library to an album, then deleted the originals. The copies in the album were also deleted, or did not move over. Anyway to recover these?

Hi

As long as it was less than 30 days ago they should still be in the recently deleted folder (unless you deleted them from there also - in which case, they are gone, and you will need to recover from whatever backup system you have in place.)

For future reference, photos only keeps one copy of each image, and they are always in the library. When you put them in an album, the album simply references the images from the library. This way you can put photos in as many albums as you like without taking more space.
