Requested a refund, it got accepted but i never got the money

i went to check my refund request status and it says that the money has been refunded but it never reached my hand account. And I cant contact them on this issue

I did. It says refunded but I didn’t get anything!

Did you note that refunds can take up to 60 days to be returned to your account (depending on method of initial payment)?
