M1 mac mini restating randomly when asleep

My M1 mac mini keeps restarting when it is asleep and when i wake it up i keep getting a message...

"YOUR MAC HAS BEEN RESTARTED BECAUSE OF A PROBLEM"

i have reinstalled the OS a couple of times at least... and still no luck...

MAC Mini M1 shutdown Hello, For the past month or two, every time i shut my mac down it actually restarts, and then comes up saying that it restarted unexpectedly. The next time I shut down it works. It seems to happen when I have been on my computer for a while - 6 - 7 hours. Any ideas on what could be the issue? Attached a crash report and spec is below Spec of Mac Mini - Chip - Apple M1 Memory - 16gb MacOS - Ventura 13.5

MacBook Air M1 Freezes Constantly Why does my MacBook Air M1 2020 frequently freeze and won't respond to wake unless you hold down power button for more than 10 seconds? Happens at least once per week and have plenty of storage and OS is updated to latest release (Monterey 12.4). Did Apple produce a defective produce a defective product?

Check "Prevent your Mac from automatically sleeping when display is off"

Then only Sleep or Shutdown the Mac at night from the Apple dropdown.
