How do I erase my iwatch if I forgot passcode if I can’t get the option to come up with the basic instructions apple gives you? I can’t get my watch to produce the option to erase by pushing the power button and hard pressing the turn off bar.

Yes, it easily displays what it’s supposed to on my other watch but this one doesn’t. I just got the glass replaced. Could they have connected something wrong? The touch screen works, with sliding the bar etc. but pushing down and releasing should bring up the option to erase and it doesn’t.
