I can't get the search function to work to find music in iTunes store on my macbook. I tried the help instructions but it's like the iTunes store link is dead. I click it but it doesn't direct me to the iTunes store. Just sits there.
Hard to think I didn't hit the return key as that's a subconscious gesture now, isn't it? I don't remember.
But I do know that when I went back to try your suggestion... it worked! Can't believe it was that simple! I spent I don't know how long researching possible solutions. Thank you very much for helping me.

We see that you're having trouble with the iTunes Store.
Could you please confirm which macOS version you're currently running?
Do you seem to be having any other network related issues, or does it only seem to be impacting iTunes?
This info will help determine what options may be available.

I recently updated to monterey 12.1 on a macbook air. I haven't experienced or noticed other issues, except that monterey is a lot slower than my previous OS. On Monterey itunes is replaced by Music, which I don't use, as I prefer to purchase music which I cannot seem to do now.
