error code -42110

I have purchased a new pc running windows 10, I installed itunes and logged in to my account, I can see all my music with the cloud symbol but as soon as i click on it the message "There was a problem downloading (any song)An unknown error occurred (-42110)

Please check that the connection to the network is active and try again.

My husband has transferred his account on to the same PC with no issues whatsover !!!

Can someone please assist ?
