disabled Apple account

My Apple Store says that my account has been disabled so I can not update any of my apps, I made a new Apple ID and connected it to the Apple Store but it still says the same thing. Is the another way I can fix this problem?

You can't fix it yourself. Click here and contact Apple Support at a time they're open; if the link doesn't have an option for your country, use this form.
