my mouse pointer is moving all over the screen all by it's self what can I do to stop it

I did all of the above except a USB MOUSE don't have one . Still the mouse pointer is moving all over the screen by it's self even with the Mouse turned off

a box comes across the screen and says head pointer restored

When I leave the computer the pointer stops moving . I have nothing in my pockets .
