my mouse pointer is moving all over the screen all by it's self what can I do to stop it

my mouse pointer is moving all oner the screen with no help from me

iMac 27″ 5K, macOS 12.1

A few things to try for now.

Clean the optical sensor
Plug in a USB mouse to see if the problem occurs with it.
Using the wired mouse delete the wireless mouse from the Bluetooth Preferences then try getting it discovered again
Start up in safe mode and see if the problem is still there
Shut down, unplug the power cord, wait five minutes, plug it back in, do a normal startup

I did all of the above except a USB MOUSE don't have one . Still the mouse pointer is moving all over the screen by it's self even with the Mouse turned off

When I leave the computer the pointer stops moving . I have nothing in my pockets .

I did all of the above execpt aUSB mouse don't have one. A box comes across the screen head pointer restorded. When I leave the computer the pointer stops moving. Have nothing in my pockets.
