How can I open up Location Services in my iPhone X?

Open Settings ➡️ Privacy ➡️ Location Services: What happens when you tap on Locations Services?

If the option is greyed out then turn OFF Screen Time restrictions by opening Settings ➡️ Screen Time ➡️ Content & Privacy Restrictions ➡️ Location Services: Set this to Allow.
