Finder sort all files and folders alpabetically?

My finder is sorting folders first alphabetically then files alphabetically. My Finder use to sort folders and files alphabetically without grouping folders first and then files.

How do I change the finder to sort all items alphabetically regardless if it is a file or a folder?
