I am having a hard time logging into Zooms with my brand new MacBook Pro. I have downloaded the installer and it still won't launch the meeting. The only way is through the internet browser and then the sound and video quality are terrible. Slow and garbled. Help!
Yes there's an App. It can be downloaded from the https://zoom.us website directly.
The installer installs the App, it does not launch meetings. You need to run the installer.

It should download a PKG file. If you open that file it should run the installer. You just need to follow the prompts to install it.
