Cellular Update Failed

Hi All,

hope you are all fine, my iPhone 6s is showing messages as the following :

(Your iPhone cannot make and receive calls or access cellular data until it has been updated.)

I have already updated to IOS 15.3 with I tunes and the same messages still showing.

I tried to reset the network setting and the same messages still showing

Kindly advice
