Overheating brand new iPhone 13 Pro Max
I bought an iPhone 13 pro max 10 days ago. It gets hot when it's getting charged and when I play games. Do I have to return it?

Well, maybe it's normal but my husband's phone, which is the same as mine and was purchased nearly 1 month ago doesn't get hot at all. Mine gets too hot that I cannot hold it in my hands but the shut-down alarm doesn't appear on the screen.

It's not overheating unless it displays a screen telling you it needs to shut down because it's overheating.
It is completely normal for it to get warm or even hot when charging or when playing a graphics and/or processor-intensive game.

That's the point. I tested both of these phones while playing the same game. His phone, without a case, was normal but mine got hot.
We are using two different chargers which are new. I'll charge my phone with his charger to see if it gets hot. Thank you!
Do you have a case? If so, that could be part of the issue.
