Cannot connect to app store

I checked my Apple menu and Im sure about connecting to internet. but I steel get an error: can not connect to App Store!!!

why?!! How can I connect and haw can I Update my Mac? I have this problem since 2 months later and I don't know haw to fix it. please help me
