How about adding the Livongo app for monitoring weight and blood pressure?

That would be up to the app developer to create the Livlongo app for an iPhone, not Apple.

The app is already created and in use. I wanted Apple to incorporate into Health.
Again, that would be up to the app developer to integrate it with Health.
