This will show you: Transfer photos and videos from your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch to your Mac or PC

A further option is linked at the foot of that page: Import your images directly to a folder on your Mac with Image Capture.

Two Things:

I. Have a Few?: eMail them to yourself.

II Sync Through iCloud:

Enable Photos in iCloud:

First, On your iPhone:

  1. Go to: Settings
  2. Tap: Your Name (Top Item)
  3. Tap: iCloud
  4. Tap: Photos

Then, On your Mac:

Access from iCloud, Manually:

  1. Go To: icloud.com
  2. Select: Photos
  3. Download: the Photos

Finally, Check iCloud, Directly:

Once uploaded. make it easy and see if they reside in iCloud. As long as Photos is still enabled in iCloud on the devices, then they will be recoverable. Go here: https://www.icloud.com/photos
