iPad is Disabled

iPad Air 3 is disabled. I tried to restore it using the itunes (windows pc).

  1. Connected iPad to itunes
  2. Clicked on Restore button
  3. confirmed to restore the ipad
  4. after some time ipad restart and message remains same (iPad is disabled)

Is there is timeout for download and restoring the software in iPad? I don't have fast internet and internet bandwidth is low.

Are there any other options to restore the iPad?

Thanks,

Sreedhar

Hey Sreedhar, when restoring a device using iTunes or Finder it will stay In the restore mode for 15 minutes before exiting. if you have followed the steps at https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT211078, you may want to try another wifi network to restore the device! :D
